Here's what's happening at EPC this week!

* Welcome Visitors – We are pleased to have you worship with us. If this is your first time with us, please fill out the information cards inside your welcome bag which you can grab in our sanctuary and return in the offering plate. Our Pastor Gary and elders would love to call on you to know you better.


* Nursery is available: Children are always welcome in the service, but if parents prefer, there is a nursery with staff available for children ages 5 and below in the lower level hallway. The service will also be live streamed outside the sanctuary in the Lobby if you need to step out.

* Hearing devices and large print hymnals and bulletins are available from the greeters Please use them, if needed, to enhance your worship experience at Elkton Presbyterian Church, but remember to return them on your way out.

* Wednesday Night Lenten Discussions on Worship – Join us each Wednesday night for a potluck meal at 6:00pm followed by a video discussion and short worship time at 6:45pm.  (We will take a break on March 15 and 22, and have no program)


* Sunday School Times – Because our worship is now at 10am, the Sunday School classes have new starting times.


HOLY WEEK Activities:

-  Wednesday April 5, Last Lenten Discussion on Worship

Potluck at 6pm, program at 6:45pm.

- Thursday, April 6, Maundy Thursday:  Worship Service with Communion at 7:30pm at EPC.

- Friday, April 7, Good Friday:  Seven Last Words Service at Noon at Five Rivers Church, Whitehall Road.

- Sunday, April 9, Easter Sunday:  One service at 10am- Worship Service with special music including Handbells, Praise band, Adult choir and  “Hallelujah Chorus” by Handel played by Janice on the organ.  There will be nursery for ages kindergarten and below on Easter, but no children’s Sunday School for elementary school ages.  

There will also be no adult Sunday School on Easter.


* Easter Flower Sign up – Please sign up for Easter flowers to decorate the sanctuary for Easter.  Chart with prices and payment envelopes is on the lobby bulletin board.  You can place payments in the offering plate this week or next.  Deadline is today!. 


* Prime Timers will begin meeting again for lunch on April 20, 12:30.  Anyone is welcome.  We will be eating at Schaefer’s Canal House in Chesapeake City.  Please call Barb Kunkle to RSVP, 410-287-9296.


* Aberdeen Ironbirds Baseball Game - Join FAM at the ballpark on Saturday, May 13 at 7 pm!  We'll be heading to see the Aberdeen Ironbirds take on the Hudson Valley Renegades. Tickets are $15 each and we will carpool. Sign up in the Narthex and bring friends! Questions? Contact Debi Heusser at or 302-584-3006.  Deadline for signing up is April 30.


* God Loves You Tour – Everyone is encouraged to attend one of the Christian Life and Witness classes listed on the flyers we have handed out the last few weeks.  There are more flyers on the lobby table.  The Main Event is Tuesday, May 2, 6:30pm at the Cecil County Fairgrounds on Telegraph Road.


* Nursery Volunteers Needed – Please sign up on the sheet on the bulletin board in the lobby.  Carol McArthur is the POC and will contact you about responsibilities.
